Aggressive owner very poor customer service
Aggressive owner after I complained I had picked up my dress after being altered and it had what looked like tea stains on it. He became abusive and angry stating it hadn't been him. This was a brand new dress costing nearly £700 it was handed in to the shop in perfect condition. He stated I must've made the marks, he became abusive after I told him I had photos of it before handing it in, in perfect condition. I would not recommend this place, steer clear at all costs!!

Handed a dress in to be altered and got it back with what looked like tea slops down the front of it. Cream dress costing nearly £700 needed for a wedding in 2 days. When I spoke to the owner who had did the alteration he was aggressive and abusive towards me claiming the dress was always hanging in the bag and it was nothing to do with him. How did he manage to do the alteration then? After seeing where he does the alterations I'm not surprised my dress was dirty. When I picked it up he had a small child playing around him as he worked on clothing and sat right at the door of the shop. Took my dress to the local dry cleaners who stated they have had numerous complaints about this man and they would not recommend him. His aggressive manner had me in tears.
